Suboxone Treatment

Sa Groups (Saiop/Sacot)

Structured individual and group addiction activates in an outpatient setting to achieve and sustain recovery.

Residential  Placement

Providing short and long-term residential support for adults(18+) with intellectual or developmental disabilities in a group living setting.A referral is not required for enrollment.

Peer Support Services

A peer support group is a regular gathering of men and women with the lived experience of mental illness. Usually once each month, these individuals come together, overseen by a trained peer support specialist or facilitator, to talk with one another about their experiences, struggles and challenges

Supervised Visitation

Under supervised visitation, a designated third party supervises a non-custodial parent as they spend time with their child. This arrangement is mandated by the court.

Tele Health Services

Telehealth is the distribution of health-related services and information via electronic information and telecommunication technologies. It allows long-distance patient and clinician contact, care, advice, reminders, education, intervention, monitoring, and remote admissions.

Outpatient Therapy

Individual/ group psychotherapy is treatment of psychiatric and substance abuse disorders through scheduled therapeutic visits, improving an individual ability to function as well as alleviate symptoms that may significantly interfere with their functioning

  Addiction Treatment

Mindful Based Cognitive Treatment is intended to help addicted individual’s stop compulsive behaviors and use through therapy and/ or medication

Psychiatric Medication Management

A service provided by on-staff physician assistants and nurse practitioners to determine whether or not a psychotic medication is needed for a child, adolescent or adult who is experiencing various difficulties at home, school, work or in the community

Individual Supports

Individualized assistance with everyday activities that are required by a member in order to live independently in the community.

Child & Adolescent Day Treatment Program

This service is designed to serve children who, as a result of their mental health and/or substance abuse treatment needs, are unable to benefit from participation in academic or vocational services at a developmentally appropriate level in a traditional school or work setting.

COVID-19 Rapid Testing

Antigen test are immune assays that detect the presence of a specific viral antigen infection as COVID-19. Antigen test produce results quickly within 15-30 minutes.
